Conscious Breathing Channels for Yoging Your Home


Conscious Breathing Channels are composed of a collection of Energies and Elements that forms connections through structures inside of your home. 

There are an abundance supply of Conscious Breathing Channels that are hibernating inside of your home. 

The only way to awaken these Conscious Breathing Channels are through Your Inner Energies and Elements. 

This Process can be accomplished through Yoging & Conscious Breathing (See Chapter 2 on What is Conscious Breathing)

Before you begin Conscious Breathing, Follow these Steps in this Order
  • Take Warm Milk & Turmeric Bath and Throughly Cleanse Body (Chapter 2 for Dosage)
  • Wear loose, sheer or white attire
  • Meditate in a dark room (you energies will let you know when to awaken) 
  • Cleanse House with Burning Sage
  • Establish a natural air flow
  • Walk around your home feeling the carpet between your toes and tiles on the sole of your feet
  • Focus on the energy impulses from your home piercing your body
  • Where ever there is the most energy is where you are going to begin
  • Light a White Long Unscented Candle and placed beside you
  • Lie in a supine position on the floor, palms and sole facing outward
  • Begin your Conscious Breathing (10 repetitions)
  • Silence (no instrumental or meditation music)
Continue this ritual every week for 3 months. The Same Day, Hour and location is key!

Yoging Your Home Setting Wanes and Waxes of The Moon

A very vital part in Yoging Your Home is the placement & controlling of Flowers, Herbs and Plants.

Lets me define my meaning of Wanes/Waxes.

Waxing of the Moon

*Vital energies flow upward into the leaves and stalks and flowers of the plants.

Waning of the Moon

*Energies travel to the roots.


Location of your plants should be placed in each room when the moon is either waxing or waning. Make sure to know which plants, flowers and herbs are best to be placed during waxing or waning of the moon..
