This Process can be accomplished through Yoging & Conscious Breathing (See Chapter 2 on What is Conscious Breathing)
Before you begin Conscious Breathing, Follow these Steps in this Order
- Take Warm Milk & Turmeric Bath and Throughly Cleanse Body (Chapter 2 for Dosage)
- Wear loose, sheer or white attire
- Meditate in a dark room (you energies will let you know when to awaken)
- Cleanse House with Burning Sage
- Establish a natural air flow
- Walk around your home feeling the carpet between your toes and tiles on the sole of your feet
- Focus on the energy impulses from your home piercing your body
- Where ever there is the most energy is where you are going to begin
- Light a White Long Unscented Candle and placed beside you
- Lie in a supine position on the floor, palms and sole facing outward
- Begin your Conscious Breathing (10 repetitions)
- Silence (no instrumental or meditation music)
